Grouped by Size - All Harris County subdivisions are grouped by size. For each group, the percentage of subdivisions with at least one filing since 1985 is reported. More plots

Analysis indicates that larger subdivisions are much more likely to have HOA filings.

For example, 45% of subdivisions with 501-1000 homes have initiated at least one filing.
